So, once again, the Conservative party is trying to distract us from the shit affecting all of us, this time by having Education Secretary, Michael Gove, act like a typical homophobic tory asshole and state that equality laws don’t cover the school curriculum. Here’s a quick question for everyone… WHY THE FUCK DON’T EQUALITY LAWS COVER THE SCHOOL CURRICULUM?! Look, we do need to keep this issue highlighted because its fucking stupid and we, as a nation, should be passed all this outdated, homophobic crap, especially in our educational system. However, do not let it distract you from all the other crap that Cameron is pulling, because that’s exactly what the tory pricks want to happen.

Nearly 40 People Arrested Outside of Obama’s White House Protesting Guantanamo, Indefinite Detention

Thirty-seven members of Witness Against Torture, a grassroots organization calling for the closure of the US detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, were arrested in front of the White House around three o’clock this afternoon. Dressed in the iconic Guantanamo orange jumpsuits and black hoods and accompanied by a cage representing indefinite detention, the activists were warned to clear the sidewalk by National Park Police or risk arrest. After occupying the sidewalk for more than three hours, they were arrested one by one.

“We came to the White House because just eleven days ago, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act. It is dead wrong,” says Leah Grady Sayvetz, an activist and college student form Ithaca, New York arrested this afternoon. “The NDAA makes Guantanamo near-permanent and expands detention powers just when this terrible and immoral detention apparatus should be being dismantled.”

The activists held signs that said: “NDAA is Guantanamo Forever,” NDAA is Guantanamo Come Home,” “Shut Down Guantanamo,” “Shut Down Bagram,” “Release Those Unjustly Bound” and pulled a full-size cage up on the side walk.

God does not have free will

Yahweh knows the future, he has a plan for all of us and yet we have free will. Now we’ll ignore for now the obvious paradox that, if he knows the future, then the future must be predetermined and we couldn’t really have free will. That aside, if God knows his own future then surely he would be incapable of actually making decisions. Whenever Yahweh decides to do something, he not only knows the result of the decision but he knows if and when he will change his mind. What is confusing is that the Bible demonstrates instances of God making decisions at certain times, despite the fact that God already knew that would be his decision… so its not really a decision at all is it? Its just acting out events he knows are going to happen.
